CNC Labourer

We are looking for a CNC Labourer to join our G Plan Operations team.

As a key member of our Woodmill team, you will work alongside your operational colleagues in our purpose-built Wiltshire manufacturing facility and head office. The heart of the organisation, this is where we proudly hand-make every single G Plan sofa and chair.

Here you’ll be part of a culture of continual improvement, striving for the best quality standards and ensuring all necessary health and safety requirements are being met.

The successful candidate will support the CNC machinist to ensure they have all necessary materials and parts, and operate machinery to remove any dust from the cut parts. Other duties will include ensuring all health and safety rules are followed and that good standards of housekeeping are maintained whilst on shift. It is a requirement to adhere to all health and safety PPE requirements within this role.

Applicants will need to thrive in fast paced environments. They will enjoy practical work and be prepared to do repetitive tasks. This is a physical role that involves some manual handling.

Previous experience within a similar role, or within manufacturing is preferable, although full training will be provided.

In return we offer a salary of £9.91 per hour plus £0.58 per hour shift allowance for the am shift, and £1.06 shift allowance for the pm shift.
